How could I make a nerd strangle me tight with his thighs?

Hello I'm a sadist who looks up weird death stories and the ones that aroused me more than anything were stories of nerds who went insane and literally strangled people to death with their thighs. There were four or so cases I'd came across.

The one that aroused me the most was the one where three nerds met with a guy at a Denny's and he was found strangled in his car the next morning. There were bruises on his neck, and he most likely died from air deprivation.

My nerd friend Joey wears horn rimmed glasses, bowtie, suspenders and khakhi pants, along with a tuxedo. He's so pale that milk looks black. He is skinny. These are the nerds I would like to strangle me with their thighs.

I'd also like to know if a nerd does strangle me with his thighs how do I make him tighten his squeeze, since I presumably wouldn't be able to breathe too well and wouldn't be able to tell him to squeeze harder. The tighter the punishment the better! I'd also like him to handcuff me first and tell me how bad I am!
