How to best run Ultimecia in the current meta ?

Hello, I've played Ice/Water Ultimecia with a moderate degree of success, I love it to bits and I'm just looking for ways this playstyle can improve or max itself out. Discussions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks ! :D
