Some questions regarding Hextech crafting and the new event.

Hello, I came back playing the game two months ago and I don't understand some things about the hextech crafting and the new event, reading in the internet people saying different things didn't help me tho.

First question is, should I rerroll the skin shards?

I only like the ashe one and I'm not sure about crafting her. So, what is more profitable/worth, disenchant every one or reroll into permanent skin? Some people say disenchant, others says reroll so you can get hextech skins.

My other question regarding the event is if I should be focusing on buying Orbs (I bought the order pass) since I don't like the avatars, some people say do it and others say get the icons because they are going to be legacy.
