No USB/Display power, Gigabyte stopped e-mailing?

Hi~ I build a PC for my parents about a year about and basically this post happened to it. I sent the motherboard in for RMA after trying the suggestions on the post.

Gigabyte e-mailed me saying they received the motherboard and haven't e-mailed since. That was 10 days ago. I checked online where you can put in the serial number to check the RMA status and it says that the motherboard had no trouble when they tested it. Cool.

Are they going to send back the motherboard or? They never e-mailed saying they tested it and I had to check, does this make sense?
