Location of motion sensors help

Hi all,

House layout: http://imgur.com/Ydiy5GU I set up our motion sensors, cameras, glass break, and door sensors but I believe I set the motion ones too high. From the front door to the back of the house it's about 30 feet max. Probably more like 27ft. We have a medium sized dog so I put it up at 7 ft high. The camera sees pretty much everything from the front door to the back door when I corner mount it between a cabinet in the kitchen and back wall. But nothing triggers it at all unless I'm standing in the breakfast room and waving my arms above my head. Walking from the front door straight to the sensor doesn't trigger it. I'm guessing because it's not across the field of view but instead straight at the camera? So since I already have door sensors on every door, is it enough to have the motion camera at that cabinet/back all corner location (but lowered), and then that regular motion camera at the front corner of the front livingroom? The front door is steel with sidelites so the only way of getting in thru the door is to open it. If they break the glass in the front livingroom then the glass break sensor will pick it up and hopefully the motion sensor will pick it up if they walk around in the livingroom. If they break through the backdoor or back windows, again glass break and then also motion camera sensor. Garage just plain steel door so door sensor. All bedrooms are upstairs. Do I need to add any motion sensors and where? Our dog stays in the kitchen, breakfast area and hallway to the front door. House is maybe 900-1000 sq ft on first floor. Any advice would be very much appreciated!
