Can someone tell me if a political party that meets these criteria exists?

I have just finished my first year of college, and I do not want to fall into the trap of 'believing everything I think is right and everyone else is wrong' behavior. I don't know what party I really want to support just yet, but I do know what criteria and values I want the party to hold, as of my current position and life experiences. I have looked at a lot of the parties and so far all the parties are 25% meh to ok, and 75% bad. Can anyone help me find a party that matches up with these values? Also I am American.

  1. Government does not interfere a lot with people's personal lives (in terms of limitation). The government lets people do as they please and does not tell me how to live and love my life as a singular person, as long as I am not hurting someone else. This is for men and women and allows for abortion and gun rights. This is the libertarian aspect. However it must be ok with helping and advocating for the poor and the disenfranchised. Also it is pro environment. It also wants to help infrastructure and works mostly for the people of its domain. The votes actually matter in this party.

  2. The government is protective of its individual citizens and keeps large businesses from ruling people's lives and restricts how much power a business has in one area. It keeps the choice of the people within the domain of the people. Also is ok with putting high taxes, fees, and fines on big and massive businesses. Also it is against private money in government.

2a. Smaller but very key aspect: the government keeps big businesses from circumventing competition and the spirit of capitalism via new laws and zoning rules. If the people want it, then it's fine. But larger businesses can not lobby and pay for laws that benefit them and them alone without the will of the people. This is the Democratic Party side of things.

  1. The government is pro SMALL businesses. It wants to help the smaller stores grow and become larger. It wants to keep the taxes and fees on these kinds of businesses small to help incentivize the creation of businesses and keep money flowing through the economy. It helps people stay in business and keeps the middle class alive. This is the Republican side of it.

  2. The government has to listen equally to ALL votes and concerns. This means that if the party wins, it must still listen and represent the concerns of the people that did not vote for the winner. Today too many politicians only represent the people who voted for them and pay no attention to those who did not. Every person has the right to representation in there area. The winner must listen to everyone and Seriously consider these view points. The party is also anti gerrymandering. It is also ok with immigration.

The point of the party is not to win, but to lead and represent. The point is to represent these views and keep America moving forward and keep America alive and in the spirit of the people who live in it.

Every time these requirements come up, no one really meets many of them, while claiming they meet all of them. So is there an answer to my question? Does a political party exist that meets these requirements in action and in spirit? What is it called? If not, should a political party that does represent these ideas exist? I would really really like to know what people think of this question and what their answer to it is.
