Ricardo, Email or Reddit?

Ive seen past reddit comments that you (Ricardo) were wanting people to email you about issues, botters, etc. But I sent an email 2 weeks ago about an issue that occurred when the NA1 server went down on June 3rd and havent heard anything back yet. Ive been being patient since I'm sure that you're busy and all, but after seeing you post several times here on Reddit since then, I'm starting to wonder if I will ever get a reply back from the email. So my question is: Is email still a viable way to contact you about these issues, or would it be better to post them here on Reddit instead?
