Worst Minichallenge mistake ever?

In other seasons (cough), the winners of mini challenges got to make choices about the main challenges. I was rewatching season 5, and I think detox not putting Jinkx with Alyssa and Coco in that challenge cost them the crown.

What do y'all think? any minichallenge winner mistakes that caused problems for the winning queen?
