Fire department patches

Hello all. Looking to have someone draw a patch for my FD. We're looking into getting a new design and I'd figure I'd start here. In the link provided is a sample patch. I would like the flags I have posted to the center of the patch minus all the wires maybe just a nice background please replace the town name in the patch with WARREN TWP on top. On the bottom please put Fire Department and on the side please have Fire and on the other side Rescue going down. Thanks for the help
