MGEXE Weathers Bug

I've recently reinstalled and remodded Morrowind for a second run. All has progressed well so far. At the moment I've added Rebirth, Tamriel Rebuilt, and MGSO to the list.

Anyway, I attempted to start a new playthrough yesterday. The intro movie progressed as normal, but immediately after I received this notice. Once this had popped up the client stopped responding and had to be shut down. I tried again several times; in one instance, the game progressed past the intro movie and into the intro before I voluntarily closed the game (in this case I simply realized that I didn't have the time to start a new game). In another instance, I never received the notice, but the game was but a black screen after the intro and again had to be manually shut down. I can't seem to find a way to shut down XE_Weathers; however even when I disabled MGEXE in-game the problem persisted.

Any ideas as to what could be causing this particular issue?
