[PC] Springfield XD9 full size

A guy on Armslist wants to trade his XD9 with 2 mags and the holster it sells with for my Sig Sauer P250 compact with 2 mags and 3 holsters. My holsters were all purchased new for around $30. Is this a fair trade? My P250 hasn't been selling, and I will probably just sell the Springfield, which will hopefully be easier to sell.
