Need some advice on tights (Does that even belong here?)

Questioning AMAB here, just wanted to ask if there is something like opaque skin coloured tights or something similar that I could wear to hide my hair and/or make my legs look more feminine (I'm also looking into shaving them but I would prefer a temporary solution)
