Which ones are good to go?

How true is this? Can anybody share an updated secure site's list, please? https://m.imgur.com/cRBrr6z

I've been using .to for a long time and never got any problems with it.

Recently I reinstalled os and tried .sh this time. I couldn't help but notice that .to has more content than .sh; which baffles me because most of you recommend .sh but I also see more controversial posts about it than others.

I just want to know if .to is truly a malware and why? I can only imagine that they are different developers teams.
