Ryzen R5 1500X temps and voltage

What are the idle/under load temps and voltages are supposed to be for the 1500X with stock cooler?

Mine jumps between 35-50 while idle, and while running a stress test (RealBench) goes up to 75-76° with a fairly well ventilated case, so I'm worried. (Monitored with hwinfo64)

Edit: Aida64 show 59° but hwinfo shows 75°..which should I believe in?
