[META] There is a four hour minimum wait between making new posts.

Even though it is listed in the rules for this subreddit, we seem to be having a problem with users spamming their posts. Even if you delete your previous post before making a new one, you still have to wait. You aren't being clever by deleting your last post to circumvent the wait, you're only making things harder for us, which in turn makes us not very happy with those of you doing this.

• If you are posting too frequently, your offending posts will be removed, and a warning will be issued. Do it again, and you'll receive a three day ban. Do it again, and you'll be banned permanently.

• If you deleted your previous post and post again before the four hour wait is up, we'll still pull your post, and then you'll have to wait four hours from the point in which we pulled it, so that's just hurting yourself.

We understand that everyone wants their post to be be seen, and especially on busier days, a post can quickly fall off the first page of /new. Sorry, you still have to wait.
