Eliza Help

How do you punish with Eliza. I'm tired of guessing what move to use because I don't know what the frames are for the moves in this game. She came the most naturally to me so I'm trying to stick with her, but I've been letting out some serious Rage this last 4 days over this game. She has like no pressure whatsoever compared to other characters and a good combo takes a lot of execution compared to anyone else I tried. Even akuma feels easier and his inputs are more complicated.
