NJPW G1 Climax in California Blackout?

Hey r/SquaredCircle! I heard that because of the NJPW G1 Climax in California, there will be a blackout to all US NJPW World subscibers. If this is the case, can I also watch on demand later that day? Is this for both shows or just one? I'm kinda mad considering I planned on getting it on July 1st to watch the G1 Climax Cali-shows, and I live kinda far from California, so I couldn't go anyway.
