End of Days Trigger question

Was talking with a friend about the Lumia Reanimation deck when we talked about the interaction between Lumia and End of Days.

I remember people talking about how if Lumia removes the target it won't get removed by EoD but EoD says

• If a card put into a field this way would leave a field for a non-field zone this turn, remove it from the game instead.

So my question is how does Lumia trying to remove the target not trigger this part of End of Days?
