SD beer trip question

I'm heading to SD for the week with my wife likes beer but has bad reactions to it she likes cask ales. What is a good brewyer/brew pub that has decent to good wine and hopefully servers food in SD area? Few weeks back I took a day trip to SD and went to all the Miralani Mafia spots (thunderhawk was by far my fave) but didn't check if it's possible to drink wine from the winery in the tap rooms. We will be in Escondido area mainly but also plan to be in DTSD as well. Thanks
