Need clarification on conflicting Zarya DPS

You google search for "zarya dps" and I'll swear that you'll get at least three different results to answer the question:

• furiouspaul: 75-150 DPS
• Stackexchange: 80-160 DPS
• Gamepedia Wiki: 95 DPS (what does that even mean? 95-190?)

I think it's 75-150, but I can't tell for sure. Do you know?

When charged up further it will increase the width of Zarya's Particle Cannon's beam (primary fire). Please note that the increased beam actually has a larger hit area and can make hitting targets a tad easier.
