What would be some good ways for a foreigner to learn 200 academic English words in a few weeks?

Good day! In a few weeks, I will be taking the NLN which is basically the ACT of healthcare. There is a vocabulary portion of the test that I've been severely struggling with. I've managed to find some words that I can go over, and I've made them into flashcards, but the fact that there 200 of them is really discouraging me. English is not my first language (which is no excuse I know) but there are so many words I've never even heard of. Words like eclat, gauche, fecund, lugubrious, limpid, nuptial, odium, obloquy, opprobrium, paucity, tergiversation, somnolent, scion, ribald, sardonic, virulent. Would anyone have any helpful advice on how to go about approaching this? Write sentences everyday? Flashcards? I've been feeling so lost honestly.
