[Acne] need a bit of help -25 male

Hello all, I have been lurking around this sub for some time. I suffered from acne on my face really bad as a teen which went away, this is when learned I have dry/ oily skin. Now years later I'm suffering from acne again this time on my back, upper arms and some spots on my chest and legs but those are rare.

I currently use neutrogene body wash and body scrub and cerave hydrating lotion which has helped control and reduced redness and the amount of acne but it has not gone away.

In the picture below is my upper left arm which is going through another breakout at the moment however also seen is faded purple spots which I cannot get rid of and have been around for months.

What else can I do ?
