Looking for a mouse around $40

My hand size is around 18.5 cm x 9.5 cm and I think I use a palm grip, but I haven't played many games on PC with a decent mouse (I'm using a slightly undersized wireless mouse for now). It has to be around $40, little higher little lower is fine.
