question about autoinfection

background- have had cold sores since I was a kid, with 1-2 outbreaks a year. only on upper lip. last week I performed oral sex on my girlfriend, and a couple of days later I noticed the tingle that comes with getting a cold sore, with an outbreak happening 2-3 days after oral sex.

we had sex afterwards, with her complaining of what she thought was simple vaginal lacerations. days later she says she went to the OB to get a swab for hsv1 because the lacerations hadn't healed. we don't know the results of the test yet

question: if she ends up having hsv1 (I don't really think it's that likely since I didn't even have a tingle or any other manifestation of cold sores at the time of oral sex) is there a chance that I could get genital herpes? or are my autoantibodies against my own strain hsv1 enough to prevent it from happening? we're in a happy relationship and really don't think this is a huge deal, we just want to make sure we're on the same page and on the proper medication regimen.
