can pvp skills be macrod anymore?

had sprint macro'd to my thumbstick for two months now to get used to using it in pvp. I've been trying to set Bolt to it for twenty minutes, but it wont work. Tried other pvp skills just to check, and none of them are executing properly. Is it not allowed anymore?
