Coinbase Price Dips

Can anyone confirm if the price of ETH and LTC dipped significantly on 6/15 @ 7:00am? I'm looking at Coinbase's price summary for the week and I'm seeing large dips at that exact time. Am I just reading it wrong, is Coinbase mistaken?
