Wife of bipolar 2 - Please let me know if this is not the place for me to post.

Hello - First off please let me know if this is not a place where I should be posting/asking questions. I do not want to intrude on a community. If I am intruding can you direct me to another sub where I may find some support/help?

I'm posting because my husband was just diagnosed as bipolar 2 and I'm just looking for advice/support and to try and understand his disease.

If I am in a safe sub, I can tell more specifics but I don't want to intrude. Thanks for your help.

EDIT: I typed off a LONG post just kind of how this diagnosis all came together recently and After proofreading this might not the the best place for the post as it might be kind of ranty. I, personally tried to keep it more in the "I'm frustrated/worried" tone but not everyone might get that and so I'll just post over in the r/bipolarsos sub. If you'd like to read and maybe there is a way you could offer advice there if you'd like I would really appreciate it. And I don't expect everything to be roses answers. I'm okay with harsh truths. Thanks all!
