Operating System or Peripherals (Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse, etc) needed? Windows, I will only need a mouse and keyboard (which I will get on my own)

Where you are located (to determine if you are near a Microcenter) United States and Upstate New York

Any other personal preferences or requirements (such as overclocking)? I may be overclocking a little here and there but this PC is mainly for gaming. I want to be able to play Player unknown battleground, Siege, Dayz... yeah I know :/ lol, which streaming or capturing the footage. I have a 2017 MCB so that will do all my editing.
