Task bar not working properly after creators update

I updated to the creators update overnight and now the task bar isn't functioning properly. I cannot right click my programs to pin or unpin them, the search bar doesn't open, the windows button doesn't open, and the calendar won't open.

EDIT: Oh, and I can't open settings whatsoever, even through the run program.
