How dangerous is my insulation?

I built a room and have it insulated with JM sound and thermal insulation, but it isnt covered with any panelling because it creates the perfect acoustics for recording music. I live in this room.

How much danger am I actually in as far as breathing in the fiberglass? I understand it's a fire hazard.
