Albion Online / Camelot Unchained / DF:RoA

Looking into trying one of these this weekend. I'm looking for input as to which of these (or a completely different one) lines up more with what I'm looking for. It has to have open world PvP and rewarding PvE content. I prefer full loot, but can compromise there. In the past two years I've gotten my wife to start playing pc games and she prefers the PvE/crafting/gathering aspect of games. I enjoy PvE to an extent. More so if it attracts PvP. Is there anything out there comparable to pre insurance UO and isn't a UO freeshard?

We've tried and lost interest in ESO, GW2, Star Wars, Neverwinter, TSW, and all the popular 64 player server games on steam.
