[Spoilers E68] Looking for art

I remember a piece of art that was created after Percy died in this episode that saw him sitting alongside Tiberius in the afterlife. It is one of my favourite pieces, and I can't seem to find it anymore.

I was wondering if anyone has been able to find it, and who the artist was so I can pay my proper compliments and respect?
