Need some advice on a slim/under the seat subwoofer

Hello!

We have a 09' EU Civic Hatchback, however the sound system aint that great. Is a 150w sub good enough to strenghten the bass? If so, would the JBL BassPro SL or the Pioneer TS-WX120A be a good choice?
