UoL vs H2K EULCS Summer Split Pick and Ban

I am relatively new into analyzing League Games, but in autumn, I will start coaching teams in my highschool. I started a few weeks ago analyzing LCS Games, watching Leaguecraft 101 etc. to improve my ability on 5v5 League Strategy. This is my try to analyse the Pick and Ban UoL vs H2k:

1. Ban phase
Blue Rumble - good Matchup against Shen, high prioritized later, Good in Meta, Nice Teamfight
Red Zac - Broken in this Patch, good Lane Pressure and Teamfighting
Blue Lucian - Midlane/ADC Ban, good earlygame, prevents hypercarries from spiking
Red LeBlanc - Good Matchup against Controlmages and other Lategame stuff, can assassinate immobile hypercarries really fast.
Blue Galio - Good Wombocombo, Anti-AP, Insane Tank in Teamfight and nearly even with Shen in Teamfight
Red Rakan - Good to catch immobile carries, decent lane with sustain + Xayah worse without him, good against protect the adc comps
1. Pick phase
Blue Shen - high prioritized with Rumble Ban, global pressure after six + insane tankyness. Decent in Lane
Red Thresh - good all around support, pressure with Hook and safety with Lantern, good engage when landing hook
Red Syndra - Febiven Comfort Pick, S-Tier in Meta, Scales well, Lucian out, decent blindpick
Blue Twitch - immobile hypercarry will work after rakan, leblanc, zac out, Shen R can protect him, Lucian out
Blue Vladimir - very good matchup against Syndra with Pool, scales well and good teamfight. Safe against Jungler with W
Red Kennen - after not mirroring, Top or Bottom will get outbanned -> flexpick Top/Bot Good Lvl6 against Twitch with all-in with thresh, also win Top because of outranging shen
2. Ban phase
Red Braum - good disengage against Thresh with Twitch/ compensate bad matchup
Blue Elise - S-Tier earlygame jungler, deny jungler pressure on their hypercarries
Red Warwick - good against graves, lee and ivern, open junglers
Blue Lee Sin - with earlygame and lategame insecs good against twitch, last earlygame jungler out
2. Pick phase
Red Ivern - The support to the double tanks + carries, good midgame, no counters left open
Blue Rengar - wins jungle matchup, good snowball potential
Blue Blitzcrank - very aggresive, but hook or nothing, giving up botlane lane pressure until jungler gank + hook completely, Kennen could be afraid of the matchup
Red Varus - Kennen Toplane, safe poke adc against Blitz, winning lane with weak Twitch + Blitz

Please go through my thoughts and complete/correct it, so I can improve my analyzing skills. Thank you. I am sorry for my bad english, I am not native :)
