Seems like Anet is doing something about the afk necros in Bitterfrost Frontier [GaileGray]

It was awesome. However, there were a few people who developed an unhealthy relationship with Dhuum and, in the interests of "testing" (or so they said in their appeal), got themselves over-Dhuumed. So there's a drawback to making the process of getting actioned too attractive. On the other hand, scythes really are awesome!
