Amazon is odd...

So earlier I made a post about I thought I preordered arms only to find out I didnt. Anyway made a order only to find out they werent applying the prime that you normally get. I contacted customer discount service about 30 mins ago regarding the prime discount the guy said it would be applied when it shipped.

Then I was curious why the prime discount doesnt stay when ordering durning e3 and he said id still get the prime discount for the E3 preorders im like uhhhh you sure totally said I would. I was like what if it doesnt apply when 8t ships then he was like contact us so we can resolve it as long as your a prime member.

After the chat I checked my email since I emailed them when I made the order at 6am. Different rep said there is no prime discount on arms so whattttt. So odd.
