Should I Drop Out? (and never come back)

Academic Situation:

-Just finished my third year. 2.91 GPA.

-No zell, hope, other scholarships, subsidized loans, or help from parents.

-50k in debt with 6.5% interest rate.

-Changed majors 3 times (Biomed, Econ, NRE) and trying to change to ME since Westinghouse went bottom up. The school requires a 3.0 to switch.

-My grades are inflated by a 4.0, 19 credit semester in Econ. I've also dropped a ton of classes.

-I'll be in school for at least two more full years, more if this summer doesn't go well. Being a seventh year (kill me) is a possibility if I can't change to ME.

-Taking 3 summer courses (Diff EQ, Dynamics, Circuit), Dynamics is going well but I failed the first tests in the other two. My math midterm is 40% of my grade and I failed.

  • This was all this week, and I vomited an hour ago thinking about the ramifications.

-Diff EQ is a prereq for every single course I'm registered for next semester.

Personal Situation:

-Complete social isolation, which explains why I'm asking this here.

  • BTW socializing won't help. I have regular, severe panic attacks that are not related to socializing but have made people see me as a freak.

-I'm wrapped up in my head almost all day, usually suffocating in negative thoughts.

-No idea what I would do. I'm taking forever to make it through college, too unstable to deal with people, and I've failed at manual labor twice before.

-No substance or alcohol use. Used to be on medication but I started wanting to kill myself.

-I am not using campus services anymore. The last three years I've not found them helpful.

Conclusion After reevaluating my goals and situation in life I have started to consider dropping out. This is to avoid debt and to stop wrecking my psyche. In a sense, I am defeated. Above are some details you might find pertinent. I'm not expecting much. But Thank You If you read this. Mods please remove if you wish.
