Louisiana Rickey - wet the bottom of a cocktail shaker with simple and fill with ice. Add 2 parts bourbon, one part fresh squeezed lime juice, and 4-6 healthy dashes of tobasco hot sauce to taste. Shake vigorously and strain up or over large ice cube. Garnish with ground ancho chiles & lime slice
