[Breed] What Mix Could Remmie Be?

Wanted to see what y'all think my boy is! The shelter had him listed as a 2.5 year old border collie mix. I believe he's mostly border collie, but he's much larger (pushing 60 pounds) and has a SUPER curly tail.
