MassHealth and MTF Vaginoplasty coverage

Hey everyone,

A friend of mine is looking at trying to get vaginoplasty and labiaplasty asap. She has MassHealth and from the poking I did around the Internet it looks like trans surgeries are covered.

However, I've seen conflicting answers if MassHealth will cover surgeries with out of state surgeons. I couldn't find any MTF bottom surgery surgeons in MA if they won't cover out of state.

If any of you know anything about this that would be great. Even being pointed in the right direction would be awesome. She's looking at different surgeons so if you recommend any particular surgeon that would be helpful as well.
