any suggestions for loud headphones I could wear while I record drums? Needs pretty long cord too..

I have a digital 4-track recorder. After recording a rhythm track I want to record drums on top. But my earphones are noise-reducing bose, and they are not good for drums (the drum sounds mess with the cancellation, and I get audio artifacts). So I'm looking for something loud enough to be heard, but ideally still insulated enough to protect my ears. I need at least 12 feet of cord between me and the recorder, so is wireless better?
