Ptr Roadhog feedback from a 2900sr Roadhog main and a suggestion regarding the Ptr changes.

Just a little background to explain why I am so afraid of the new Ptr-Roadhog:

I have been playing on Ps4 since the beta despite having a Pc. I am missing my left hand but I'm still able to play with both keyboard/Controller. I hover around 2600sr on Pc and 2900sr on ps4, so I consider myself to be an average player. OW is one of the only game I am able to play on a decent level due to the remapping options. By playing Roadhog I was able to raise myself from the digital hell that is low bronze since his "kit" allowed me to stay alive in team fights and to make up for the lost dps made by weird picks made by uncooperative teammates. I really like Roadhog and I don't want him to become an uneffective character.

With the recent ptr changes, Road's effectivity drops considerably. For example: • The oneshot hook combo is now almost more damaging than rewarding. Hooking a high dps charcter is now a danger if you can't kill them (ex: hooking an ulting genji away from your team) • The characters road usualy counters are now countering him (ex: tracer is now able to survive a hook/primary fire combo) • Before the damage nerf, Roadhog could be used as a lone flanker since he could target healers and kill them almost instantly. But now almost every healer can survive a hook combo, giving the target more time to escape or for their team to react.

However, I think that a minor tweak would make him viable with the other changes. •Reducing the cooldown of his hook by 1 or 2 seconds (1.5 seconds would be perfect IMO) would make his ability more consistent so that he could be used as a way to bring in the enemy heroes to your team's dps characters instead of being used mainly for dps. For example in a combo with another character as a "separation unit" where his hook could be the prominent action (ex: roadhog hook and mei freeze)

I'm really interested to know if anyone else had another suggestion on this topic.

(Also while I'm on the topic of Roadhog I'd like to share a fanart idea I had a nightmare about couple months back. Just imagine it: Roadhog in a sexy police officer costume. I'm talking fishnet tights, black minishorts, a police shirt smallsize and a black latex pig mask with a cop hat on top.)
