[Question] What stretches do you do to get rid of hairy shaft.

With a CI-1 penis with 1/4 inner (pink) skin and 3/4's hairy shaft/outer (brown) skin. Which stretch method do you use to let the hair move backwards.

Is the goal to move the scar line down. What do I do with my hands is it:

• dominant hand ring under glands, non dominant hand ring under the scar line and tug downwards towards navel?)
• or use both hands to make 2 rings under the scar line and tug downwards?

Is it possible to get my penis where its 1/2 inner skin and 1/2 outer skin by stretching? Don't want to re-grow an entire foreskin, just want to fix my problem first you know.
