likeliness of getting a class if waitlisted

I have to take COMP 222 this fall. There is only one section being offered with 28 total available seats. 14 seats have been taken and 14 seats are still available. At this rate, it is very likely that I will get into the waitlist.

From your experience, how likely is one to get a class if waitlisted?
