Suggestion : Add a timer Similar to Mccree's ult to others abilities

Many abilities in the game have a round timer jauge to indicate when will the skill end : Molten core, Ice block, Dragon blade, where many others skill doesn't such as :

-Reflect -Wraith form -Mei's Wall -Reaper/Pharah ults

I guess it's just for QOL for some but knowing exactly when wraith form will end would be a good extra for placing yourself correctly

Some will say it's up to you to have enough experience to memorize the lenght or to notice sound clues but why Ice block and not Wraith form ?
