Shaadi.com is perhaps prejudiced

For the last week, I have been trying to create an account on Shaadi.com. Seven times it ended up with an error message explaining that someone will be looking into it. Once, I could create an account. It lasted for 4 hours (it needed 3 for my profile to go live). It was deleted for no particular reason. I emailed, no response. I then chated with the customer support. The official reason was that they didn't want me to feel disheartened by the lack of matches. Even when I explained that I didn't input yet any search criteria, only my profile (Muslim, original tongue Arabic, average build and master degrees) and even with that the website showed thousand of potential matches, they still insist that they deleted the account to keep me happy.

So Community of Reddit, please help me to understand what it is about! It seems unfair and perhaps prejudiced. Create accounts and share with us what you found. I do hope that there is a very innocent reason.

PS: I was able to create an account for a UK lady speaking Bengali.
