SCCM specified network name is no longer available

We have a few systems that the Site Component Manager could not access site system "\***". The operating system reported error 2147942464: The specified network name is no longer available.

We only have one SCCM Primary server and 150 DPs globally. We have a few sites that we get the above error.
On the Primary Server we can ping the server by name but are unable to access any folders like SCCMcontentlib$. From other servers in the region you can access the folders. From the DP you can ping and access shared folders on the Primary SCCM server.

What could be cause of us not being able access these systems?

SCCM was successfully installed and the shares were accessible by SCCM. We have adjusted the lanmanserver\parameters for size to 3 on the server to no avail.
