How to lane versus riven?

If i shove lane she just freezes and if i get any closer,by any closer i mean like literally half of my lane she just dashes jumps on me chain cc me and bursts me down. If i have ult she backs off and goes in again when my ult is down. If i play like a bitch and stay behind she just wins in farm and i get denied so hard. Literally cant win lane versus Riven :(
