Can someone translate this for me? Trying to install Titanfall 2 but VC++ 2012 11.0.61030 will not work with it. Getting error message 0x8007015e - No action was taken as a system reboot is required.

I have restarted regularly and in safe mode. At first I was trying to repair the VC++ but was getting the same error message. I uninstalled it to reinstall it but now it won't install.

I got really desperate and as a measure of last resort uninstalled every VCredist. All other VCredist will install except for VC++ 2012 11.0.61030. The funny thing is I checked other games I have and Dishonored 2 needs the exact VCredist, and it works fine. But LCore.exe (logitech mouse and keyboard settings) does not work because it says I'm missing MSVCP110.dll again this is related to VC++ 11.0.61030.

Anyone have this same problem. I read most of the threads on reddit and other sites about this and none of them helped obviously.
