Help for the first launch

I'm almost done building my first pc (I'm only waiting for the ram ) During first launch , what should I do ? I know that I'll have to install Windows , which I know how (already done this) , but I got a disc of "drivers and utilities" . Do I really need this ? Or is installing windows enough ?
